INTENT TO OPT OUT OF HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION:

The Board of Mayor and Commissioners intends to opt out of the statewide adjusted base year ad valorem homestead exemption for the City of Avondale Estates. All concerned citizens are invited to the public hearings on this matter to be held at Avondale Estates City Hall 21 N. Avondale Plaza Avondale Estates, GA 30002 on January 23, 2025, at 6:30pm. Times and places of additional public hearings on this matter are on February 12, 2025 at 5:30pm and February 26, 2025 at 5:30pm at 21 N. Avondale Plaza Avondale Estates, GA 30002.
