The City of Avondale Estates allows free public parking in several City-owned downtown lots, pictured above. The Lake and Franklin intersection has a free upper and lower parking lot. Behind City Hall there is an additional free parking lot. These lots offer a convenient way to park in the city and visit the eclectic businesses of Avondale Estates.
