The Second Annual Lantern Parade for Avondale Estates is scheduled to take place October 13. To participate in this popular event, you will need a paper lantern. Classes are being formed now to help you create these beautiful and unique designs. What kind of lantern do you want to carry?
Chantelle Rytter, the originator of the BeltLine, Decatur, and Sandy Springs Lantern Parades, will be leading four of the lantern making workshops at Little Tree Art Studios (2834 Franklin St, Avondale Estates). All lantern making materials will be provided at the workshop with your registration (Please note that the 9/23 class is free, but you will need to bring your own materials).
