Approval of minutes from October 2, 2023, regular meeting.


Old Business:

55 Berkeley Road- Henry & Dorothy Hine-- The proposed project (revised) for this 1961 Linear Ranch House consists of (1) replacement of the house’s existing side-gabled roof with a new side-gabled roof to include new rear additions; (2) replacement of the front entrance stoop with a larger porch with front-gabled roof; (3) enclosure of the open carport to create a car garage; (4) addition of a storage/golf cart garage on the house’s side elevation adjacent to the car garage; (5) additions along the house’s rear elevation, including a screened porch with new rear-gabled roof; (6) introduction of new windows and doors on the house’s side and rear elevations; (7) replacement of the front entrance door; and (8) addition of a new gate between the house’s right side elevation and an existing fence. This project was deferred by the HPC from the September 2023 meeting to allow for revisions.


New Business:

20 Sussex Road- Gaines Moore for Rick Langhorst--The proposed project for this 1951 Ranch House consists of installation of solar panels to one of the house’s side-facing roof slopes.
