Approval of minutes from April 6, 2020 regular meeting
3409 Covington Highway – Scott Zanardo for Brock Nix – Construct a one-story, rectangular, 10,574-SF building with low-sloped, frontgabled roof hidden by a front-elevation parapet wall. The building’s front elevation will face Covington Highway and will be set back approximately 40 feet from the right-of-way. Parking will be located on the south side of the building in a paved lot with approximately 50 parking spaces. Entrance into the site will be from the existing asphalt drive that leads to the Family Dollar Store building. A loading dock with sloped ramp will be located at the building’s rear elevation with access from the parking lot.
